Australia’s Rocla Quarries to be sold for AUD 200mn?

Rocla Quarries of Australia is likely to be sold by Fletcher Building for AUD 200 million (€137.22 million US$152.41 million), it is reported. Credit Suisse-First New Zealand Capital has been hired to sell the aggregates provider. The Rocla Quarries business consists of sand quarries, with most of them located in the New South Wales (NSW) region.

Rocla Quarries of Australia is likely to be sold by Fletcher Building for AUD 200 million (€137.22 million US$152.41 million), it is reported.

Credit Suisse-First New Zealand Capital has been hired to sell the aggregates provider.

The Rocla Quarries business consists of sand quarries, with most of them located in the New South Wales (NSW) region.

It runs from 15 sites in five Australian states.

680 Holcim, 1343 Hanson, Adelaide Brighton and 2837 Boral are said to be among the possible suitors.
