Cimpor says the financing for the new plant will not compromise its current deleveraging process. The new factory will be the company's second in Mozambique, with the first located in Matola with annual production capacity of 3.1 million tonnes. The new project is expected to allow Cimentos de Mocambique to cut clinker imports for its local operations.
