Germany: CDC files legal action against HeidelbergCement

The Belgian Cartel Damage Claims (CDC) is reported to have filed legal action amounting to more than €138 million (US$152.04 million) against the German building materials and cement producer HeidelbergCement at the regional court of Mannheim, Germany. HeidelbergCement has been accused of “forming a cartel with other companies and enforcing excessive pricing.”
