3702 CDE Global is extending its customer care offering and has appointed Jason Kiddle to manage the introduction. The company has said that Kiddle will oversee customer relationships for CDE Global working closely with spare parts manager, Kevin Sheehy and service manager, Ryan Barker. The appointment comes after the company started roll out of its ServiceMax package for the UK and Irish markets late last year. CDE has said that the support system is designed to help operators maintain optimum production levels and plant efficiency. Through the programme, a service engineer will make a visit to the customer site to carry out a plant audit which will produce a detailed plant report. The report will detail suggested maintenance regimes that will help improve plant performance, observations on any potential health and safety issues noted during the visit and a list of recommended spares.
