Russia: Krasnoyarsk Cement to boost production

Krasnoyark Cement (part of Siberian Cement group located in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia) is going to produce 900,000tonnes of cement in 2013 (6.7% up on 2012). CEO Vladimir Skakun says that 52% of the produce will be high grade cement (35.7% up on 2012). In 2014, the company expects to boost production to between 920,000-950,000tonnes, particularly special cements. CEO Vladimir Skakun says that 52% of the produce will be high grade cement (35.7% up on 2012).

In 2014, the company expects to boost production to between 920,000-950,000tonnes, particularly special cements. For example, production of oilwell cement is to double to reach 40,000-50,000tonnes with the first contract for supply of oilwell cement being made with the operator of Vankorskoe oil and gas deposit in 2013.
