UK’s Euromix Concrete bought out of administration by Lafarge Tarmac

UK-based Euromix Concrete of County Essex, southern England, is being sold to the Lafarge Tarmac, saving some 75 jobs at the company, which went into administration on 20 December 2013. It had an annual turnover of over €36.45 million but is said to have faced cash flow problems and slow trading over the Christmas period.
