Mobility is a benefit that has been added to W.S. Tyler’s Hydro-Clean washing system, says the company.

A member of the wholly-owned German-based 7473 Haver & Tyler Processing Technology Alliance, 3762 W. S. Tyler now offers the ability to mount the machine on a chassis for easy movement within a quarry or from jobsite to jobsite. As with the original Hydro-Clean, the portable unit cleans deleterious material from aggregate, recycled and other minerals, resulting in cleaner products with higher selling value and profits from material that was previously considered waste.

“Making the Hydro-Clean mobile delivers the flexibility to locate washing closer to the actual job and reposition it as necessary to boost efficiency, while delivering all the same profitability and environmental benefits of a stationary Hydro-Clean,” says Matthias Bremer, innovation engineer at W.S. Tyler.

Water consumption ranges from 27-211gallons/minute (102-799litres/minute), depending on application and model size, and up to 90% can be recycled and reused in the Hydro-Clean.

Energy consumption ranges from 26kW on the smallest of three models to 225kW on the largest, and with that the HC 350 can process up to 16.3tonnes/hour; the HC 1000, 163tonnes/hour and the HC 2000, up to 326tonnes/hour.
