MLT manufactures a range of conveyor belt fastener solutions for a variety of light- and heavy-duty industries under the Super Screw, Super Screw Evolution, Fix N Go, Self Lock, Clip N Lock names.
Flexco president Thomas S. Wujek says: “Flexco has long respected Minet Lacing Technology’s innovative and productivity-enhancing products and we are looking forward to growing our business with our North American customers through this agreement.”
As part of the deal, MLT will continue to manufacture the products for North America as Flexco integrates the business into its organisation.
MLT will continue to manufacture and distribute its products through its six subsidiaries and its distribution partners throughout the rest of the world.
