Like the first two models, the 21tonne E215C and 25tonne E245C (bucket capacities 0.52–1.31m3) offer increased performance and cost efficiency, says New Holland.
The company claims the machines give 10% more productivity resulting from more power and control; up to 10% of fuel saving delivered by optimised hydraulic system and SCR (Selective Catalytic Control) technology; lower operating costs resulting from longer service intervals and optimised engine combustion, and superior comfort and safety from the EVO cab with ROPS/FOPS protection, new joystick controls and new multi-functional monitor.
The SCR technology on both models optimises the combustion process for maximum efficiency, allowing the six-cylinder common rail engine to focus entirely on generating power, delivering extra compared to the B Series. The solution, was developed by
“The hydraulic system has been redesigned to increase significantly the machines’ hydraulic efficiency. Together with the new joysticks, the optimised hydraulics give the operator outstanding control. The Advanced Electronic Processor has been upgraded to provide highly responsive controls and deliver extra power when needed,” says New Holland.
A new ECO working mode is said to optimise fuel consumption while maintaining top performance, reducing fuel consumption by as much as 10% compared to the B Series.
