643 CEMEX says it expects to deliver around 42,000m³ of ready-mixed concrete to supply Phase One of The Plaza Coral Gables, the largest real estate development in the history of Coral Gables, a city in Florida, USA.

The developers, Agave Ponce, LLC, broke ground on the 210,000m² mixed-use project in September 2018. The entire Plaza Coral Gables project is estimated to cost US$400 million. The development is planned to include offices, residential
apartments, a hotel, retail and parking. Amenities will feature fitness centres, rooftop pools for residents and hotel guests, and ballroom and meeting space.

Phase One of the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
