Quarry operators in Europe could be in line for some bargains with Iron Planet’s latest auction announcement. The company’s next auction on 21 September includes over 70 items of quarrying and mining equipment.

The company has said that equipment for sale includes crushers, wheeled loaders, crawler tractors and screens located throughout Europe. Sellers in the mining and quarrying industry will benefit through no dismantling or transportation cost on these types of machines. Buyers benefit by sourcing mining and quarrying machines from around the world with guaranteed inspection reports.

“Iron Planet has proven its popularity with buyers and sellers in the construction and agricultural industries, and now the mining and quarrying sector is set to benefit from Iron Planet’s service,” said Iron Planet Europe managing director Tom Cornell. “Iron Planet’s exclusive IronClad Assurance® and guaranteed inspection reports enable buyers to bid with a high degree of confidence, resulting in better auction prices for sellers. Sellers typically pay between six and eleven percent lower costs with Iron Planet than with traditional auctions.”
