435 Kleemann has been showcasing seven premium and environmentally-minded mobile crushing and screening plant at this month's bauma event in Munich.

With an hourly output of up to 650tonnes, the MOBICAT MC 120 Z PRO impresses in natural stone applications. The powerful mobile jaw crusher with a feed opening of 1,200mm x 800mm is equipped with an extra-long articulated crusher jaw. To guarantee optimal material flow, the Continuous Feed System (CFS) adjusts the conveying speed to the fill level of the crusher.

The up to 470tonnes per hour capacity MCO 11 PRO, is said to be the perfect secondary crushing plant in combination with the MC 120 Z PRO.

As an increasing number of countries, towns and communities are introducing regulations on noise and dust emissions, Kleemann now offers its new ECO Noise and ECO Dust features on the up to 450tonnes per hour MOBIREX MR 130 Z EVO2 mobile impact crusher. The features are said to significantly reduce jobsite noise and dust levels. The same plant features Kleemann’s SPECTIVE crusher control system, with a 12-inch touch panel featuring clear symbols to identify all functions, helping to simplify operation.

Along with the popular and proven MOBICAT MC 110 Z EVO and MOBICONE MCO 9 S EVO plant, Kleemann is also showcasing the MOBISCREEN MS 953 EVO and the MOBISCREEN MS 15 Z coarse screening plant, for larger feed sizes.

Globally headquartered in Göppingen, a town around 30 minutes’ drive north-east of Stuttgart in south-west Germany, Kleemann trades through its 55 subsidiaries and 100 dealers globally. In North America the company sells its products through dealership partners, while its trade in China is managed by its subsidiary overseeing a dealer partner network.

Speaking earlier this year, Mark Hezinger, Kleemann head of marketing, said that although Kleemann now exists within the construction & forestry division of John Deere, the company has undergone no organisational change since John Deere acquired the €3 billion-plus annual turnover Wirtgen Group in December 2017.

“Our business is a perfect fit within John Deere’s construction and forestry portfolio. Deere is very experienced in telematics and the use of augmented reality, and we can draw on that, and there are some synergies to be had around components, but other than that it is business as usual. That is very good for our customers and for us.”
