Epiroc has agreed to acquire STANLEY Infrastructure, a global manufacturer of excavator attachments and handheld hydraulic tools, from Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
Epiroc has announced the next chapter in the ongoing Schramm integration. On December 7, 2023, Schramm incorporated the 'Powered by Epiroc' moniker in its logotype. The new logotype retains the original colours and symbols to maintain a strong connection with the original brand. A gradual implementation of the new logotype will occur internally and externally heading into 2024.
Epiroc, a leading productivity and sustainability partner for the mining, quarrying and construction industries, is closing its manufacturing facility in Essen, Germany, as part of an efficiency drive within its Tools & Attachments business segment.
