The American Concrete Institute (ACI) is offering seminars on the ACI 318-19, Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and Commentary in South America, Central America and Mexico.
ACI says the requirements contain some of the most significant technical changes since the 1971 edition and is expected to be referenced in the 2021 International Building Code. ACI 318-19 contains three-dimensional illustrations to improve clarity as well as clear language and style consistency to help engineers feel confident in satisfying all necessary code requirements, the institute adds.
The seminars will cover all the major changes in this new edition of the ACI code requirements.
