Mexican cement manufacturer Cemex has introduced its Cemex Go "fully digital customer integration platform" to the Costa Rican market.
The new platform allows customers to place orders, make payments, manage invoices and track deliveries all in one place via a simple online tool.
The new platform is available for mobile phones, tablets and computers. It has already been launched in nine countries and has over 13,000 users.
According to Cemex, "Go is a multi-device offering that provides a seamless experience for order placement, live tracking of shipments, and managing invoices and payments for CEMEX’s main products, including bagged and bulk cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and multi-products. Cemex Go delivers real-time, detailed information that customers need to get more done in less time, enabling them to have more control over their businesses."
In a recent statement, the Mexican multinational cement and concrete giant announced: "Go has now reached close to a quarter of the company’s customer base worldwide, transforming the experience of more than 10,000 customers in three continents, and leading the digital transformation in the global building materials industry. Go (offers) new capabilities that offer a more personalised experience through better usability and analytics. Customers can increase operating efficiency and competitiveness, while generating more value for their businesses and their clients, enabled by digital technologies."

Go has been available in Mexico, the United States, Colombia, the United Kingdom, and Germany for some time now and the company will continue to roll it out to the rest of its markets worldwide.
