Sequatchie Concrete Services has reached an agreement to buy Cleveland Ready Mix (CRM) for an undisclosed amount in a report by the Times Free Press
CRM has close to 30 employees and has a concrete plant in Cleveland, Tenn and another in Calhoun. Sequatchie has more than 20 locations between Decatur, Ala.. and Knoxville.
The amount of the purchase is undisclosed
