Sequatchie Concrete Service has acquired WDC Bock as part of a strategy to further expand its presence in North Georgia.
A report by WGA Radio says Sequatchie manufactures masonry products and has become known for manufacturing aggregates and ready-mixed concrete.
Sequatchie plants are located approximately every 30 miles between Decatur, Alabama and Knoxville, Tennessee.
