Subcontractor bankruptcy causes no delays to Stockholm Arena

No further delays are expected of the construction the Stockholm Arena in Sweden, despite the bankruptcy of the subcontractor Betongmästarna. Niclas Brantingson, press officer at Peab, said that the concrete elements that are needed for the stadium have been produced and assembling will be done as planned. The stadium has previously postponed its opening date by three months to July 2013.

No further delays are expected of the construction the Stockholm Arena in Sweden, despite the bankruptcy of the subcontractor Betongmästarna.

Niclas Brantingson, press officer at 1089 Peab, said that the concrete elements that are needed for the stadium have been produced and assembling will be done as planned.

The stadium has previously postponed its opening date by three months to July 2013.
