Queen’s Award for Cat in Britain

Caterpillar’s UK Building Construction Products division has been presented with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade, the highest official UK award for British businesses. It recognises Caterpillar’s increasing contribution to UK exports. The construction equipment manufacturing giant was also acknowledged for outstanding achievement in improving environmental and social responsibilities, which included the "Zeto to Landfill" programme and various volunteering events in the community

395 Caterpillar’s UK Building Construction Products division has been presented with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade, the highest official UK award for British businesses. It recognises Caterpillar’s increasing contribution to UK exports.

The construction equipment manufacturing giant was also acknowledged for outstanding achievement in improving environmental and social responsibilities, which included the "Zeto to Landfill" programme and various volunteering events in the community.

“We are honoured to receive this prestigious Award. I want to thank our dedicated employees whose commitment and professionalism are the foundation of our success,” said Caterpillar UK Building Construction Products general manager, Silvana Godelaine, who added, “I also take this Award as acknowledgement of our successful efforts to enhance competitiveness of our production and manufacturing facilities in the UK.”
