Italy’s Cementir to carry out up to €300mn capital increase

Cementir Holding (Cementir), the Italian cement and construction materials producer and part of the Caltagirone group, has announced its intention of carrying out a five-year capital increase worth up to €300 million in order to support the group's growth strategy, especially in the Far East and North and South America. In particular, the operation, which is expected to be structured as one or more tranches, may also feature a call option.
