Meanwhile, in neighbouring Ukraine cement and concrete output in 2014, excluding plants in Crimea and Sevastopol, totalled 8.63 million tonnes and 11.06 million tonnes respectively. The Gosstat figures represented a decline by 11.5% and 18.1%, compared with 2013.
