Indonesia’s Adhi Karya sets out 2016 plans

Adhi Karya, a state-owned engineering and construction company based in Indonesia, has set a capital spending of IDR 1.10 trillion (€72.67 million/US$79.4 million) for its operations in 2016, with the allocation going to various investment projects (IDR 750 billion) and fixed asset investments (IDR 404.5 billion). Adhi Karya, a state-owned engineering and construction company based in Indonesia, has set a capital spending of IDR 1.10 trillion (€72.67 million/US$79.4 million) for its operations in 2016, with the allocation going to various investment projects (IDR 750 billion) and fixed asset investments (IDR 404.5 billion).

In the meantime, the company aims to achieve a net profit of IDR 750 billion in 2016, while its revenue target is set at IDR 20 trillion that will come from LRT projects (21.6%); pre-cast concrete business (6.7%); property development (8.4%); engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts (5.8%), and construction jobs (57.5%).

The company also aims to secure new contracts worth IDR 25.1 trillion for pre-cast concrete (9.4%); property development (8.6%); EPC (6.9%), and construction (75.1%) jobs in 2016.
