Italian cement firm Buzzi start €500mn bond issuance road show

Buzzi Unicem, the Italian cement manufacturer, has commissioned Citi, BNP Paribas and Banca Imi banks to start a road show for the potential issuance of a €500 million bond. Having been approved by the company's Board on 13 April 2016, the bond insurance aims to refinance some of the group's expiring credit lines, diversifying the sourcing of its funds and extending the average duration of its debt. The road show was due to start yesterday (18 April) in London, before visiting the cities of Paris, Frankfurt
