Holcim transfers German RMC business to jv partners

Holcim (Deutschland) is said to be transferring the ready-mix concrete business in northern Germany to joint venture partners, in which the cement company holds 50% stakes. They are Fertigbeton von Saldern, TBN Transportbeton Nord and Happy Beton.
