New research just published suggests that key heavy building materials markets in Northern Ireland are at their strongest levels since the turn of the decade. Markets for asphalt, aggregates and ready mixed concrete have all increased, with one sector up by as much as a third. Cemex previously announced the supply of approximately 845,000m³ of concrete, which together with the quantity that the company has already supplied to this large-scale project. would amount to 1.2 million m³ of concrete. The terminal building will be X shaped and comprise a surface area of approximately 734,000m² distributed on four levels, as well as 95 fixed contact doors and 68 remote doors.
