Cemex has launched Cemex Go in Spain, according to a report by Alimarket. The digital tool is intended to provide users with greater accessibility and clarity in its business relationship with the building materials giant.
Alberto Salviejo, director of the Customer Centricity Office in Spain, says the launch represents ‘another step’ towards digitisation and highlights Cemex’s commitment to the customer.
"We are sure that it will also generate a superior experience for our clients due to the speed, transparency and efficiency it provides, which will help us both to be more productive and generate new opportunities for growth,” Salviejo adds.
In June, Cemex set out to add new capabilities to the product and offer a more personalised experience through better usage and analytics. The company says customers can increase operating efficiency and competitiveness while generating more value for their business.
Users can place orders, review their history of transactions, shipments in real-time via GPS, receive instant notifications of the order status and adjust orders.
