Cemex USA opened of its new United States headquarters at 10100 Katy Freeway in Memorial City in west Houston.

Cemex occupies two floors of the new building owned and managed by MetroNational.
The Houston headquarters moved across Interstate 10 from Memorial Hermann Tower at 929 Gessner.
“The new Cemex office space is designed to tell the story of our products through the use and display of concrete, cement and aggregate throughout, giving it an industrial feel,” the compoany says.
“This office building was built utilizing Cemex concrete for its structure,” said Ed Prins, Cemex USA’s director of real estate.
“Additionally, we worked with our architects, Inventure Design of Houston, to showcase the versatility of our products internally, and it illustrates how cement is the foundation of our lives every day."
