Lehigh Hanson has announced the majority of its locations remain open for business and there are contingency plans in place should the coronavirus pandemic worsens.
Lehigh says employees at its plans, distribution centres and sales yards have implemented precautions to minimise human contact and are doing their best to ensure minimal disruption to the availability of products and services. Corporate and support staff are now working from home and locations where employees are working onsite are being cleaned and sanitised regularly, the company adds.
The company will continue to watch developments closely and follow the guidance of local and federal health officials.
