Romania Holcim's cement/clinker sales fall

The Swiss building materials producer 680 Holcim has announced that its cement and clinker sales in Romania fell by 2.4% in volume in the first nine months of 2013. Also, its sales of aggregates dropped by 21.5% in January-September 2013. Holcim Romania operates two cement factories at Alesd and Campulung, a cement terminal at Turda; 15 concrete plants; three aggregates plants and a cement terminal in Bucharest.
