CEMEX expands ReadyBlock Zero portfolio to provide the first complete CarbonNeutral concrete block solution in the UK

Following customer requests, CEMEX has added a zero-carbon lightweight concrete block and common brick to its range.

Combined with the existing ReadyBlock Zero dense block, this launch enables customers to meet the concrete block requirements for housing and commercial developments using solely CarbonNeutral products. CEMEX remains the only UK supplier to offer a fully net zero concrete block option.

Australian building materials giant Boral has announced that Vik Bansal will start as the company's CEO and managing director on 10 October 2022.

Bansal is an accomplished CEO with deep leadership experience, managing industrial businesses through growth, transition, and improvement periods. He succeeds Zlatko Todorcevski, whose departure was announced in June this year.
