Holcim completes PTB-Compaktuna acquisition

Building materials provider Holcim has completed the acquisition of PTB-Compaktuna (PTB), a specialty building solutions producer based in Belgium that operates across the Benelux region and Northern France.

Holcim says the acquisition of PTB will help achieve the aim of expanding its solutions & products business to 30% of group net sales by 2025
