The development of Tamtron’s Power wheeled loader scale has been fast during the last year, says the company.

A bunch of new features has been added and the user interface has been renewed, and the Power family has also grown with two new products.

The new Power product launches and improvements set weighing into a next level.

New Power family members include the Power 50 and PowerPC with the Power 50 being an entry-level scale that is ideal for people who need scale for control weighing without advanced features or commercial approval.

Power 50 has, for example, basic weighing function, log memory for 10,000 receipts and sum report function. It can also be upgraded anytime into a more advanced Power 100-300 models if a purpose for weighing changes.

The PowerPC can be installed on the onboard computer and is identical to Power wheeled loader scale, but instead of the scale instrument it can be used from the onboard computer.

When used with a touch-screen computer, PowerPC reduces the amount of the equipment in the cabin, and it is also possible to integrate it into ERP or other computer-based systems.

Latest improvements from the previous Power models is a target load function for the basic weighing that offers the possibility to set target weight and see how much is remaining of the target during the loading.

Other new features are order and message features, with the new order feature allowing the possibility to send orders to the scale from the office through WNexus Internet service.

“When the wheeled loader is working on a site, the scale informs the driver of the new order, and when the order is done it can be automatically or manually removed from the scale,” says Tamtron.
