Building materials giant 643 CEMEX has completed the deployment of its CEMEX Go digital customer service platform.

The CEMEX Go solution automates order-to-cash workflows, enabling CEMEX customers to purchase products, track deliveries and manage orders in real-time.

CEMEX claims that the platform transforms the role of company salesforces, allowing them to dedicate more time to better serve customers.

CEMEX Go is now available in 21 countries and is used by 96% of the company’s total recurring customers.

Around 45% of CEMEX’s total global sales are processed through the platform, and over 500,000 payments and 1.5 million deliveries are completed through CEMEX Go on an annualised basis.
