Lundbeckfonden has informed FLSmidth that it has transferred its shares to Lundbeckfond Invest A/S, which is Lundbeckfonden's 100% owned subsidiary.

Lundbeckfonden and Lundbeckfond Invest A/S informed FLSmidth that they held a total of 5,142,655 shares in FLSmidth & Co, which corresponded to 10.03% of the total nominal share capital.

Besir Kemal Ustaoğlu, president of the AGUB (Aggregates Producers Association of Turkey) has resigned his presidency, a post he took up in March, 2015.

The organisation says that at its last board meeting, Sevket Koruc was elected as president, and it thanked Ustaoglu for his contributions.
