Fitch Ratings lowers Brazil's Votorantim Cimentos' rating outlook
Fitch Ratings has revised the outlook for Brazilian cement firm Votorantim Cimentos from Stable to Negative and set its global scale rating at BBB- and national scale rating at AAA(bra).
The results reflect the credit portfolio change by the controller of Votorantim Cimentos, the Votorantim group, which saw its global scale rating revised to BBB-, with a Negative outlook.

Aggregates conveyor specialist ASGCO plans new headquarters in Pennsylvania
Conveyor and screening equipment specialist ASGCO is building a new headquarters in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, as part of the company's long-term plan to meet growing demand.
ASGCO says: "The new facility will be 194,000 total sq. ft. in size, with 30,000 sq. ft. of offices and training areas. The rest (of the site is) dedicated to fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, distribution and service departments."
Construction of the new facility will begin in July of 2020 and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2021.
